We also realize tailor-made properties and develop entire business parks. We make our properties available within the shortest possible time, opening up new markets for both communities and property owners. Most of our properties are realized following DGNB guidelines. We usually take over the investor’s role ourselves, however, we are also open to joint ventures and actively support our partners in finding the appropriate financing. We have a tightly-knit network, with an eye on the market and, as an owner-operated company, we are able to decide and act quickly.
